When you feel as though things are spiralling out of control, this comes down to the fact that you do not feel physically or mentally in control. If you want to get around this, then you need to think about what gives you confidence. Then, find things that correlate to that. If feeling good mentally involves you feeling good about your body, then it is wise for you to try and commit to fitness.
