What tends to be an issue for those who have tried remote working is that they often roll it out to the whole company and suddenly everyone wants to work from home. There are going to be some staff members that take advantage of this company perk, and so you want to cherry pick those guinea pigs that will take it seriously and not take advantage of what’s been given to them.
