Make Your Skincare Routine More Sensitive
The winter can make our skin more prone to blemishes, rashes, and spots. That means our skin is feeling much more sensitive than usual and needs to be handled gently. You can do that by swapping out your skincare products for ones that are lighter, or made for more sensitive, redness-prone skin. And if you don’t have a skincare routine at all, now could be a very good time to put one in place. Even if you don’t keep it up for any longer than wintertime, you’ll be doing wonders for your appearance.
Invest in Light Therapy
Light therapy is very good for both your brain and body. Not only will it beat the darkness blues you may be feeling, but it can help your skin to recover from any wintertime damage.
